Zusammenfassung:A process for preparation of vodka provides preparation of varietal wine by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol and prepared potable water introduction of aqueous solution of glucose and tartaric acid into the varietal wine, filtration and bottling. Before introduction into the varietal wine the aqueous solution of glucose and tartaric acid are treated in the flow with flint under the action of energy with frequency of 3-1 PHz at a specific consumption of 0.1-0.3 W/cm3. As ethyl rectified alcohol the ethyl rectified alcohol ôLiuksö is used.
