Zusammenfassung:	The appliance for drilling wells has installed concentrically outer and inner pipes with cutting elements fixed at one of the ends of the pipes, and with tail element on the other one, and elements for feeding and discharge of cooling liquid. Between the outer and the inner pipes with a gap with respect to the cutting elements at least one pair of longitudinal partitions is installed, those are displaced in circular direction one with respect to another. Between those the chambers for cooling liquid supply and discharge are formed, those are connected to the elements for supply and discharge of cooling liquid.
