Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to biotechnology and microbiology and is intended for obtaining of the surface-active substances with the help of the oil-oxidazing bacteria. The strain of bacteria Rhodococcus erythropolis EK-1 that described as producer of surface-active substances have been deposited in depositary of the Institute of the microbiology and virusology of NAS of Ukraine under the IMB Ac-5017 registration number. The strain of Rhodococcus erythropolis EK-1 bacteria can be used for clearing a surrounding medium from oil and oil contaminations, and also for the development of bioemulsifiers for the parfume-cosmetic industry.
