Zusammenfassung: | A hydrocyclone for separation of petroleum products from water-oil mixtures includes coaxially located stages of cleaning with different speeds. The first step contains a vertical case installed on the reception chamber of the mixture being purified inside of which the input directing device is placed; sludge trap located under the reception chamber, the oil-discharging device, branch pipes of liquid supply and removal. The following step contains the input directing device and the case with the oil-discharging device and branch pipes of removal of the separated fractions. The housings of the subsequent stages of hydrocyclone are located above the housing of the first stage in series with the latter and connected together by covers. The first stage is made of the separate sections located in parallel enclosed in common housing and equipped with upper and lower windows located on the sides, which connect the working cavities of hydrocyclone with the chambers of untreated mixture and of purified water respectively, contain the cavities for removal of oil from the previous stage and connected to the internal cavities of the separate sections of the first stage by openings at the upper bases of these sections, and the cavities for collection of slime from subsequent stages and the channels of inlet guide rings of subsequent stages, which connect the cavity of purified water of the previous stage with lower windows of the subsequent stages. |
