Zusammenfassung:	A method and the unit for combined production of thermal and electric energy provide heating of arbitrary fuel in water-heating boiler, at that hot water obtained ion the boiler is directed to collector-dispenser from which its one part is directed to heat supply, and the other part - to the appliance for pressure decrease. One decreases pressure of boiler water taken to state of saturation and partial evaporation, with direction of saturated water obtained after the grid to hydro-steam turbine rotating electric generator. The steam-water mix obtained after hydro-steam turbine is directed to heat exchanger-condenser. The condensate obtained is supplied by pump to mixer where one directs back water as well. Water after mixer is supplied to boiler by feeding pump. At essential under-heating of boiler water in the unit for pressure decrease one additionally decreases water pressure before the steam grid by means of hydraulic turbine, this is connected to the shaft of hydro-steam turbine through reducer. At that hydraulic energy of boiler water taken is transformed to additional mechanical work.
