Zusammenfassung:The proposed method for determining reparative activity of drug consists in determining, in laboratory conditions, the optical density of the cytoplasm of the ribonucleic acid (RNA) and the nucleus of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in the histological sections of the tissues of experimental animals and determining the reparative activity by the following equation: A, % = [(R/DC - R/DR)/(R/DC)] x 100, where R/DC is the ratio between the optical density of the cytoplasm and the optical density of the nucleus for the tested experimental animals,R/DR is the ratio between the optical density of the cytoplasm and the optical density of the nucleus for the reference experimental animals.
