Zusammenfassung:	The proposed method for recording data on a master compact disk ensures enhanced recording quality due to the use of a laser beam focusing system with high resolution in data recording. The method consists in applying a photoresist layer on the transparent substrate of the disk and recording data by laser radiation pulses of different length through the transparent substrate. The gap between the substrate and the focusing lens is filled with immersion liquid.
