Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for automatically collecting and processing data that characterize the technical state of equipment and process parameters and a device for the realization of the method. The proposed device contains transducers for measuring the equipment parameters, a signal processor for the output signals of the equipment parameter transducers, a setting unit, a unit for maintaining and storing data base, a time interval generator, a displaying unit, a recording unit, a unit for switching off the equipment elements, and additionally, transducers for measuring the process parameters, a signal processor for the output signals of the process parameter transducers, and a signal scaling unit. The present invention provides a possibility to increase accuracy in testing the state of production equipment and process and to extend the functionality range of facilities used for technical diagnostics of equipment and processes.
