Zusammenfassung:In a method of crushing ore materials in the counter gas dynamic flows at thermal treatment, which is achieved with the help of the device, the material, which is crushed, is introduced into the counterflows of gas, the greatest particles of the crushed material is selected from the solid phase, which is removed, and remaining part is returned into the counterflows for crushing; in this case, at least one additional gas jet with the temperature, which exceeds the temperature of counter jets, is introduced into the area of encounter of flows, and the temperature of counter jets is increased during working to the temperature of additional jet. A device includes conduits, which supply the compressed air, locking and adjusting pneumatic devices, heaters of working gas, accelerating tubes, a grinding chamber, a post, a classifier, dust-precipitating and exhaust devices, additionally located at least one nozzle connected through the conduit, locking and adjusting device with the heater. The invention increases the effectiveness of the process of crushing at simultaneous change of physical-chemical properties of minerals, destruction of their crystal structure up to the X-ray amorphous state.
