Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to metallurgy. A method for electric arc application of coatings of electroconductive materials includes supplying one of two usage electrodes and coaxially to the flow of mixture of combustion products of hydrocarbons with air, which sprays molten material, and supplying the second usage electrode at an angle of 20-80 DEGREE to the first one, adjusting the productivity of application of coating changing current of arc and spraying the molten electroconductive material by products of combustion of mixture of gaseous hydrocarbons with air. The coefficient of air consumption for combustion of hydrocarbons (?) is maintained within the limits of 0.75-0.85 in comparison to the stochiometric amount of oxidant. At that, the mixture of products of combustion of hydrocarbons with air is supplied with the supersonic flow of source in the forming channel, which has set sizes. |
