COMPLEX FOR ELECTRIC PULSE DESTRUCTION OF STRONG MONOLITHIC OBJECTS UNDER WATER

This invention relates to the area of underwater destruction of strong monolithic objects, in particular of mineral beds. The complex for electro-hydro-pulse destruction of strong monolithic objects on sea bottom is based on a vessel. To the complex are included: generator of pulse currents, control system, and video-camera, electrode system, appliance for blast-hole drilling, bearing truss placed under water. The truss is installed with possibility of displacement in vertical and turn by 180 degrees in horizontal plane in support fixed on the vessel. The unit for blast hole drilling and electrode system are installed on the bearing truss with possibility of displacement in vertical direction in its guides. On the upperworks of the bearing truss mechanisms are installed for displacement of the unit for blast hole drilling and electrode system. This invention promotes effective destruction of strong deposits due to the fact that after blast hole drilling the drilling unit is taken up, the truss is turned by 180 degrees and directly to blast hole electrode is placed, through this one or several discharges are passed.
