WHEEL PUMP WITH EXTERNAL COUPLING WITH BUILT-IN VALVE OF FLOW RATE RESTRICTION

A wheel pump with external coupling with built-in valve for restriction of flow rate comprises a body in which pinions are placed. At both sides of the teeth of the pinions radial channels of suction and sweep-out are placed. In the sweep-out channel throttle is placed, this separates the sweep-out channel to zone of unrestricted displacement and zone of restricted displacement. In the cover of the pump the valve for flow rate restriction is placed, this comprises cylindrical piston. The piston forms three separated chambers, those are placed in opposite positions at both sides of the piston. Arrangement of the throttle in the radial displacement channel and the piston not in the zone of motion of the main volume of working liquid but in the zone of hydrostatic pressure make is possible toincrease reliability of the pump operation, to decrease its overall dimensions and to unify the elements of its connection to the hydro-systems.
