A self-reducing material for producing ore-fuel granules contains, % by weight: iron-ore concentrate -70-75, carbon-containing material- 10-15, fluxing additive - 5-10 and plasticizer based on sugars, in particular molasses and/or syrup, and/or glucose - 5-10. The material provides reduction of prime cost while maintaining the quality thereof.
