Zusammenfassung: | An antifriction lubricant with higher indexes of antioxidizing properties for friction units, operating at high temperatures and charges in humid and aggressive media, contains, in % by weight: 12-17 of carbonate of alkaline earth metal, 4-16 of salts of alkaline earth metal and product of condensation of alkyl-phenols with amines and formaldehyde, 3-7 of of alkaline earth metal borate , 5-13 of 12-hydroxystearate of alkaline earth metal and petroleum or synthetic oil û to 100. The lubricant is obtained by treatment of product of condensation with the Mannich reaction of alkyl-phenols with amines and formaldehyde and alkaline earth metal hydroxide with carbon dioxide in the presence of aliphatic alcohol with the number of carbon atoms of 1-4 in the medium of petroleum or synthetic oil and hydrocarbon solvent at 30-50 DEGREE C with subsequent distillation of solvent and alcohol. Superalkaline salt of alkaline earth metal and formed Mannich basis are processed with boric acid at 98-160 DEGREE C with subsequent interaction of obtained product with 12-hydroxystearic acid at 130-160 DEGREE C. The obtained lubricant is cooled and homogenized. |
