The method of rolling slabs on the blooming mills includes pressing on the thickness and width of the ingot in several passes with guaranteed pressing on the width in the finish run of the roll stand of the mill. According to the invention, in the finish run the ingot is supplied by bottom part into the edging rolls of the roll stand of slabbing mill. Invention ensures reduction of the metal consumption with trimming.
