Zusammenfassung:The method for the surgical treatment of androgen-dependent alopecia comprises preoperative marking of donor and recipient areas, the cut of the primary flap from the donor area, the division of the primary flap into smaller flaps, the microcuts made in the recipient area, and the implantation of the flaps into the microcuts in the recipient area. The primary flap is cut into the smaller ones under stereomicroscope (x10). The miniflaps are cut sparing the morphofunctional units of the hair cover characteristic of the donor area. For the microcuts performed in the recipient area, the microscalpel is used with the angle of its blade amounting to 15-45 DEGREE .
