Zusammenfassung:Invention relates to the metallurgy and concerns the method of reduction of continuously cast blooms and billets in the liquid-solid state. During the first stage the central sections of ingot are reduced with shaped roller pairs of the first row on the width, which is equal to 80-90% of the width of liquid phase with the degree of deformation 0.6-1.2%. At the second stage the previously undeformed boundary sections of ingot are reduced with smooth roller pairs of the second row with the overlap on the width of the face of ingot for the value, which makes not less than the half of value of previously undeformed central section with liquid phase with the degree of deformation 0.8-1.4%. Method ensures the reduction of axial porosity and liquation, the quantity of cracks is reduced.
