Zusammenfassung:Invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the method of continuous pouring of two-layered ingots (slabs) and it can be used in the machine building, for example, at production of two-layered ingots of ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys. The method of continuous pouring of two-layered ingots includes the supply of base and plating metals into the crystallizer, continuous formation of ingots of base and plating metals, their extraction from the crystallizer and connection into two-layered ingot in the hot state. The extraction of the ingot of plating metal from the crystallizer is achieved after its complete hardening, the ingot of plating metal after removal from the crystallizer is bent to achieve its pressure against the ingot of base metal throughout their entire overall length, and then their rolling is carried out up to the complete hardening of the ingot of base metal, in this case into the void formed by internal surfaces of two ingots the inert gas will be supplied. Invention ensures the extension of the assortment of two-layered slabs, which are produced due to the variation of the thickness of plating layer of material and improvement of the quality of obtained ingots (slabs).
