Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the medicine, namely to psychiatry and narcology and may be used for treating drug and alcohol addicts. The aim of the invention consisted in developing the implant against narcotic and alcohol addiction. The combination of the components in the implant developed provides for the maximal effect with minimum of complications. The implant comprises Naltrexone hydrochloride and polyacrylamide gel. The method for manufacture of the implant is also described. The implant against narcotic and alcohol addiction provides for increasing the duration of the remission with the absence of the serious adverse reactions.
