Zusammenfassung: | A series of inventions relates to the surgery and may be used for draining the omental bursa and the bed of pancreas in the destructive forms of the acute pancreatitis. The improved method for treating the acute destructive pancreatitis and the device for realizing the method has been proposed. The improvement of the quality of the treatment is provided due to the adequate draining of the omental bursa and the bed of pancreas in the surgery followed by administration of the drugs through the drainages installed. Such approach allows one for decreasing the risk of the pyo-inflammatory complications. The method for treating the acute destructive pancreatitis comprises the dissection of the omental bursa, the manipulations in the pancreas and the omental bursa, the draining of the omental bursa at the site of the bed of pancreas and the lavage of the omental bursa at this site followed by postoperative drug administration. According to the inventions, the additional drainage in the lower outline of the omental bursa is provided and the lavage of the omental bursa is performed throughout the whole cavity of the bursa. The device for realizing the method comprises the main tube and the auxiliary one with the perforated and non-perforated parts, and the air duct. According to the inventions, in the non-perforated segments the auxiliary tube runs inside the main tube. The perforated segment of the auxiliary tube extends from the perforated part of the main tube through the opening. The length of the perforated segments is commensurable with the size of the omental bursa. |
