Zusammenfassung:	The method of operation of resonance mine winder is proposed, that uses for control of electric drive of direct current of mine winder performing resonance motion of the machine due to the specially selected difference of the masses of balancing and basic ropes. In this case, the nature of change of the speed of machine during the cycle of lifting practically does not differ from sinusoidal nature, thanks to which the system of subordinate adjustment by drive with limitation of jerk is simplified, the reliability of its hardware increases, there is no need for equipping the machine with additional devices of control and protection for guaranteeing the required accuracy of the speed limiter of discrete calculated time intervals, the dynamic activity of system "vessel-rope-machine" decreases, which contributes to the longevity of machine, elements of transmission, ropes, suspension devices etc.
