Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used for developing the light scale devices, and in devices with mechanical indicator and record apparatuses. The invention shall give a possibility to simplify the device due to modification of the input data processing algorithm by way of increasing the functional load on code conversion units. The device contains three code conversion units, recording unit, generator, and OR elements. Record of registered information is performed in twosteps. At the beginning the significant information grades are recorded, then the less significant ones. Due to conform generator frequency selection the input information record represents itself to the operator as a range of lighting lines on the display unit matrix of indication elements.
