Zusammenfassung: | Invention relates to the heat-mass-transfer apparatuses gas û liquid with direct contact of phases and it can be used in energy, chemical, metallurgical and other branches of industry. Vortex bubbling heat-mass-transfer apparatus contains housing, distributor of gas, guiding device, which consists of blades of aerodynamic shape and vortex chamber, separator, ring, container for collection of drops with a drain line, upper lid, branch pipes of supply and discharge of liquid, branch pipe of gas supply, in this case, the housing is executed in the form of connected cylindrical and conical parts, into the apparatus at least one ring and guiding device, collector of liquid supply are additionallyintroduced; the collector by tubes is connected with the cavity of vortex chamber directly downstream the guiding device, tubes are inclined toward the side of rotation of vortex, and the rings are mounted inside the vortex chamber between the guiding devices with the clearance on the rods, moreover, the inside diameter of ring is identical to the inside diameter of separator. The invention ensures the reduction of the weight of apparatus, the identical mass distribution of gas over the guiding devices, the keeping of axial velocity on the height of the distributor of gas at constant level and the increase of the liquid mass for realization of the process of heat-mass transfer, which allows to increase the effectiveness of work and efficiency of the process of apparatus. |
