Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns the field of ecology, in particular, the technology of water purification. A method for water purification involves ice freezing on, withdrawing unfrozen water with admixtures, ice thaw and removal of thawed water. The purification is performed by making approximately to 1/3-2/3 of water column from the upper layers thereof of stationary, local and volume, barrier and different thermal temperature field, which provides in the area of influence thereof a temperatures difference in the range of 1???(-1) DEGREE ?? being displaced stationary and by barriers due to the crystallization of the local water volume. The mechanism of realizing the method is applied also. Use of this group of the inventions allows to obtain a biologically active structured water being free of dissolved carcinogenic and mutagenic substances and gases with a small content of deuterium and tritium.
