Zusammenfassung:The proposed dual-threshold comparator can be used in information and measuring devices, elements of automatic control systems, optoelectronic logic elements, and elements on neuron systems. The comparator contains two comparison modules with a potential input, two reference current signal sources, an OR logic element, a voltage-to-current converter, and an output current amplifier with transistors that are connected according to a current mirrorcircuit. The outputs of the reference current signal sources are connected to the corresponding reference inputs of the comparison modules. The output of the OR logic element is used as the output of the comparator. The advantage of the proposed comparator is a possibility to continuously vary the threshold level of the controlled parameter with sufficient accuracy in the parameter variation range as well as to increase the current signal at the reference input of one of the comparison modules subject to decreasing the current signal at the reference input of the other comparison module.
