THREE-CHAMBER SPRAYER FOR SINGLE POST OF COKE-OVEN WITH ONE GAS COLLECTOR

Three-chamber sprayer for the single post of coke oven on the batteries with one gas collector, which contains housing with the sealer, two stream-forming chambers, in each of which a swirler with grooves and a nozzle are mounted with possibility of separation of the chamber into two cavities (upper and lower). The upper cavity of chambers is connected with the branch pipe of water (ammonium). The swirler has three grooves with the angle of inclination of 45 DEGREE and divides the stream-forming chambers into two cavities of equal volume, and in the housing the additional (third) stream-forming chamber is formed, in which the thickened swirler with three grooves, the angle of inclination of which makes 55 DEGREE is mounted, which is executed with possibility of separation of the chamber into upper and lower cavities with the ratio of volumes of upper cavity and lower cavity as 2:1. The lower cavity of the stream-forming chamber is connected with the nozzle, and upper cavity is connected with the branch pipe of ammonium water of high pressure, whereas the upper cavity of the stream-forming chambers is connected with two cavities of identical volume with the branch pipe of ammonium water of low pressure.
