ORIENTATION DEVICE OF PISTONS

An orientation device of pistons consists of a channel, on which the pistons move, a pusher for kick-off from the channel of erroneously oriented pistons, an orientation sensor of piston, which has sensing element located in the guide, which limits the displacement of elastic element. The guide of elastic element has shape of a slot, which is located in the wall of channel in such a manner that longitudinal axis of slot is parallel with longitudinal axis channel, and the width of slot is such that it ensures the limitation of displacement of elastic element at the level of the element of piston, which is a design sign of orientation relative to the bottom of channel. The use of invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of work of device due to the absence of failures at recognition of orientation of pistons in the absence of the space between the pistons, which move along the channel, and ensures the determination of orientation of the piston at dimensions of the design sign of orientation, which makes some tenths of millimeter, without use of expensive sensors and system of recognition.
