Zusammenfassung: | Invention relates to the metal working and it can be used in the machine tools for fastening of tools with cylindrical shank and piece billets. The essence of invention - chuck contains a clamping element in the form of thin-walled bushing with cylindrical opening for tool or billet, with the faces on both sides and external conical surface between them, on which the clamping element interacts with the bushing mobile in longitudinal direction with the channels for supply of liquid. Two altitude chambers are located between the ends of clamping element and mobile bushing on both sides, one of said chambers is intended for clamping, and the second - for unclasping. Altitude chambers contain the inlets/outlets located on the opposite sides of periphery of the chuck with openings intended for jointing with the nozzles located in the supports on the clamp and adapted for introduction into the openings on the periphery of chuck, moreover, one nozzle has the capability of axial displacement. In the altitude chamber of clamping on the circle the balls are located, which from one side interact with the end of clamping element, and from the second side - with the mobile bushing on the end, which is conical with an angle directed opposite to the angle of conical surface of clamping element. Technical result - increase of maximum frequency of turns of chuck and output of high-speed and super-fast cutting. |
