Zusammenfassung:	A windmill has a generator, a post, a working wheel with blades of propeller type, it is equipped with a tail element arranged as a horizontal beam with placed in vertical plane flat blade at its end. To the windmill one more tail element is included, this is arranged identical in design, at that the tail elements are placed in the rear part of the windmill in horizontal plane at angle one with respect to another, symmetrically with respect to the long axis of the windmill, and one of the flat blades is arranged as movable with possibility of rotation in horizontal plane with respect to its transverse axis.
