Zusammenfassung: | The proposed rotor of an asynchronous motor contains a magnetic core and a short-circuited winding consisting of bars and end rings that connect the end parts of the bars. The end parts of the bars are inserted in annular slots provided at the end rings. The proposed method of producing the rotor consists in positioning the rotor vertically, inserting the rotor bars into the annular slots of one of the end rings, turning the rotor over, and inserting the rotor bars into the annular slots of the other end ring while moving the bars and the first end ring up to the stop of the lower end surface of each bar at the end surface of the corresponding annular slot of the second end ring. |
