Zusammenfassung:	The method for using the endoprosthesis for reconstructing the acetabulum comprises the generation of the acetabulum vault matching the support cup of the endoprosthesis, cutting the niche in the ilium, the insertion and the fastening of the fixing element of the cup of the endoprosthesis stated above. The niche in the ilium is generated by the partial upward stratification of its upper wing. The stratified external cortical plate is separated from the massive of the bone providing for overlapping the lateral part of the support cup by the specified plate. The fixing element of the cup is fastened by its jamming in the niche.
