Zusammenfassung:The proposed diaphragm gas meter contains a sealed casing, a gas flow rate transducer, and a counting device. The gas flow rate transducer contains two sealed chambers. Each chamber is designed as two covers with flanges. Between the flanges, a resilient diaphragm is installed. The diaphragm divides the chamber into two cavities. The tightness of the diaphragm chamber is provided by flaring, at the flange of one of the chamber cover, the shoulder that encloses the flange of the other chamber cover, as well as by compressing the material of the diaphragm that is disposed between the flanges of the chamber covers. The shoulder of the chamber cover flange is flared with alteration of the flared sections with unflared sections of the shoulder along the circumference of the chamber. The ratio between the length of each unflared section to the thickness of the cover flange is 3:30.
