MODULE FOR PULSED FIRE-EXTINGUISHING

The module for the pulsed fire-extinguishing comprises the casing filled with the fire-extinguishing powder, the membrane in the opening, the gas generator, and the electric activator. The membrane consists of several layers. The internal one is made from the dense elastic material, for example cardboard, and is cut to the sectors in such a way that in periphery of the membrane the sectors are not separated and produce the integral edge for attaching the membrane to the casing. The geometric center of the internal layer of membrane has the opening. The external layers of the membrane are made from the thin fragile material such as the metallic foil. The device generates the directed stream of the fire-extinguishing mixture with decreasing actuation time. Furthermore, the device may be used in any position, even with its membrane upwards.
