Zusammenfassung: | A power unit has an internal combustion engine connected to generator, the engine has a cylinder block, a fuel pump, cylinder-piston group, crankshaft, cover of the cylinder with inlet and outlet branch pipes, turbocompressor, this is kinematically connected to the crankshaft by means of disconnection clutch; air receiver, outlet collector, measuring devices for the supercharge air pressure ps and temperature ts, block for determination of the coefficient of air excess in the cylinder c, block for determination of the weight charge of air Ga in the cylinder, block for comparison of real coefficient of air excess in the cylinder and the one obtained experimentally at maximal value of indicator efficiency in the cylinder; controller, this is kinematically connected to the crankshaft by the slant of the fuel pump and the input of the divider û block for determination of the coefficient of air excess in the cylinder, its second input is connected to the output of the block for determination of the weight charge of air Ga in the cylinder, its two inputs are connected to the parameter of the supercharge air pressure ps and temperature ts, measuring devices installed on the air receiver, and the output of the divider - block for determination of the coefficient of air excess is connected to the comparison block; on the generator the sensor for derivative of load by time is installed. The system is equipped as well by the controller block of optimal value of the coefficient of air excess depending on the frequency of rotation of the crankshaft, its input is connected to the positioning device and the output û through the comparison block for coefficient of air excess, real in the cylinder and the optimum one, to two executive mechanisms, one of those through the sensor for the derivative of load by time to the executive mechanism of the disconnection clutch of the turbocompressor drive, the other one û to the executive mechanism of the control slide installed in the flow-through branch pipe of the air receiver and the outlet collector. |
