Zusammenfassung:	A method for electric pulse treatment of fiber materials consists in preparation of suspension of the selected fiber material in liquid medium which is suitable by its chemical composition, treatment of the suspension obtained with at least one pulse electric discharge formed between at least two electrodes immersed to the liquid medium, separation of the fiber processed from the liquid medium and side products of treatment. In order to increase effectiveness of cleaning for arbitrary fiber to remove admixtures, the specific electric resistance of the liquid medium before treatment is specified not more than Ohm/m, and the volumetric energy density in the pulse at treatment is specified up to 50 kJ/l.
