Zusammenfassung:	The present invention can be used at specialized factories designed for collecting and temporary storing radioactive waste received from industrial enterprises, hospitals, and scientific-research institutes. The proposed system for storing radioactive waste contains a receiving protected container with a cover and a transport container tilter with a drive. The tilter contains a welded frame, at which a rotary platform is installed that is designed for placing and fixing a transport container. In order to improve safety in storing radioactive waste, the proposed system contains additionally a manipulator with a drive and a feed hopper. The manipulator is installed in the middle of the tilter frame and mechanically coupled with the cover of the receiving container and the feed hopper.
