Zusammenfassung:The technique for intestinal decompression in the patients with diverticulum ilei verum comprises laparotomy followed by insertion of the tube with side openings into the intestine for removing the intestinal content. The access to the intestine is provided through diverticulum. Upon the decompression, the latter is removed. The technique provides for improving the treatment outcome in the patients with acute surgical pathology due to diverticulum ilei verum.
