METHOD FOR FLOW SANITIZATION OF INTESTINE

The method for flow sanitization of the intestine provides for the intraoperative intubation of intestine and intestinal lavage, enterosorption, and selective intestinal decontamination performed postoperatively. The novel feature provided by the invention consists in the simultaneous nasointestinal and transanal intubation performed by two probes. The specified part of the intestine is intubated by both probes at the same time. Lavage of intestine and administration of the drugs required for enterosorption and selective decontamination are performed through nasointestinal probe, while the intestinal content is aspirated through transanal probe.
