Zusammenfassung:Mini-brewery consists of fermentation and after-fermentation apparatuses, unit for preparing cold water and pump for pumping wort connected between them by a system of pipelines; heating the brew apparatus is performed by tubular electric heaters, disposed directly in the vessel thereof, fermentation and after-fermentation apparatuses are equipped with shell of spiral type, in the upper part of fermentation apparatus a special valve with pouring column is disposed, at that combined apparatus is used, and wort boiling and hops separation is performed therein by means of gate-impeller mixer by slowing down the frequency of rotation thereof, and wort is supplied into the fermentation apparatus tangentially to the lower conical part thereof.
