Zusammenfassung:	The proposed method for simulating acute liver impairment consists in injecting, in the portal vein of the experimental animal, solution of the extract of the pancreas, with the standard content of protein, in an amount of 2 ml per 1 kg of the body weight. The acute liver impairment is detected by the indications that characterize the morphological changes in the liver and by the biochemical indications of the blood of the animal.
