Zusammenfassung:The method for the surgical treatment of the persistent organic dysphonia provides for medial displacement of the fragment of the lateral lamina of the thyroid cartilage at the projection level of the affected vocal fold followed by the fixation of the fragment with the synthetic implant. The medialization of the vocal fold is performed with the employment of the endolaryngeal access. The modeled autologic cartilage of the nasal septum is used as the implant. The implant is introduced under the internal perichondrium of the thyroid cartilage and fixed to the elastic cone of the larynx.
