Zusammenfassung:A method for preparing alcoholic mashes from starch-containing raw material provides for preparation of batch along with fluidifying ferment, heating thereof in the recuperative heat exchanger owing to heat of distillers being supplied from the cube part of mash column. Thereafter the batch is heated to the temperature of fermentative treatment in the contact head and supplied to fermentative treatment apparatus. The boiled batch is cooled in the heat-exchanging apparatus. Fluidified starch is saccharified with saccharifying ferment. After preparation of production yeast the fermentation is performed. Previous mixing grain grinding, fluidifying ferment and water in the apparatus of previous mixing is possible before the preparation of batch. It is possible to supply water going out the heat-exchanging apparatus for mixing in the preparation of batch.
