Zusammenfassung:Method to prepare drying gases for production of mineral fertilizers includes obtaining of drying gas through burning fuel at optimal ratio of fuel and air, with decrease of temperature of combustion products by adding to those secondary atmospheric gas, with directing the drying gas obtained to drying unit to dry the mix or raw components, with following granulation and drying of the mix, with purification of worked-out drying gases before discharge to atmosphere, to remove the dust of the mineral fertilizer obtained and harmful admixes, with return of the products trapped into production. The drying gas is got in two steps of fuel burning. At that part of the fuel is burned in the mode of obtaining high-temperature mix of combustion products, those are directed to gas-turbine installation to transform a part of the inner energy of combustion products to mechanical and electric energy, and the worked-out gases of the gas-turbine installation before directing to the drying unit are mixed with combustion products of the left part of fuel and secondary atmospheric air, with obtaining drying gas in needed quantity and at needed temperature.
