Zusammenfassung:	The method for treating the benign hyperplasia of prostate comprises transurethral microwave thermotherapy which begins at the early stages of the disease. First, one day prior to thermotherapy session, the selective í1-adrenoblocker is prescribed. Prior to the procedure, the systemic thermosensitizer is used as well as the topical thermoprotectors as the instillations of the pharmacological substances with membrane protecting, anti-inflammatory, and anesthetizing activities. The next day after the thermotherapy, the í1-adrenoblocker is taken again and the intraurethral instillations continue. In addition, the enterosorbents are used in the mean therapeutic doses.
