Zusammenfassung:	The method for diagnosing the ulcer in children provides for clinical and endoscopic, morphological, and functional examination of the stomach and the duodenum and the assay for Helicobacter. In addition, the markers of gene polymorphism are assessed (AB0 antigens, Rh, c, îì, Lewis, and group-specific Gc component). The risk of ulcer (RR) is calculated. RR=1.42 is indicative of low risk, RR=3.33 - of moderate risk, and RR=7,07 - of high risk.
