Zusammenfassung: | The proposed method for differentially diagnosing pathologic gastroesophageal reflux and gastroesophageal reflux disease implies the analysis of the patient's anamnesis, clinical survey, fibroesophageal gastroscopy of the duodenum, histological analysis of the bioptates of the gullet mucosa, testing a pH value in the gullet medium, and additionally, determining the total number of scores, which correspond to the clinical indications of pathologicgastroesophageal reflux obtained from the results of the inquest by a questionnaire, and the K coefficient that characterizes the titer of the autoimmune antibodies of the gullet, stomach, and duodenum. Pathologic gastroesophageal reflux is diagnosed if the K value is 0 ... 2.3 and the total score number is 30 ... 60 in combination with the presence at least one of the gullet damage indications. Gastroesophageal reflux disease is diagnosed if the K value is more than 2.3 and the total score number is 40 ... 60 in combination with the presence at least one of the gullet damage indications. |
