Zusammenfassung: | The method for the concurrent restoration of blood flow in the basin of the lesser pelvis and the lower limbs provides for the separation of common, internal, and external iliac arteries, and common femoral artery, the dissection of internal, and external iliac arteries at the sites of their origin from the common iliac artery, the eversion endarterectomy from the stump of the common iliac artery and endarterectomy from the stump of the internal iliac artery, the suturing of the proximal end of the linear prosthesis into the distal part of the common iliac artery while the distal end of the linear prosthesis is sewed into the common femoral artery. The eversion endarterectomy is also performed from the stump of the internal iliac artery. The end-to-end anastomosis is applied between the common iliac artery and the internal iliac artery. The proximal end of the linear prosthesis is sewed into the former ostium of the internal iliac artery. |
