Downstream the rotors and coaxially with them are mounted adjusting shutters, which have a cylindrical surface and are able to perform limited rotation relative to its axes and partially overlap the clear opening of recutters. For the direction of crushed mass flow to the specific areas of the soil surface a flow distributor in the form of placed at angle to each other vertical planes is located downstream the recutters.
