Zusammenfassung:The method for organ-sparing treatment of kidney tumors with the aid of enucleation, enucleoresection, and resection of the kidney comprises the resection of the tumor involving the normal parenchyma margin. Then the defect is sewed up and non-traumatic sutures are applied to the large vessels and parenchyma. For attaining hemostasis in the area of parenchymatous defect, the TACHOCOMB sheet is applied and pressed for 3-5 minutes upon the resection of the kidney.
