Zusammenfassung:	Device for the adjustment of power in the surfacing area contains inductor made from two annular coils connected together in the current and magnetic flux antiphase and located in parallel with the surfacing surface of the disk, two presser plates - lower fixed plate and upper vertically mobile plate relative to the inductor, thermal and electromagnetic shields. Thermal and electromagnetic shieldsare rigidly connected together with the possibility of vertical displacement relative to disk and annular coils of inductor, and the coefficients of electromagnetic and heat shields are determined by the formulas.
